We offer exchange's on all products within 14 days of the item(s) being delivered. To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item(s) have to be initiated for exchange within 14 days of their date of pick up / delivery.
- Item(s) have to be initiated for exchange prior to installation / altering of hanging fittings.
- Item(s) must be in original condition, with all of their original packaging.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us here with the following details:
- Your order number / full name
- The item you wish to return
- The item you wish to exchange it for (or if you would prefer a store credit)
* Please note: all exchange's are subject to relevant delivery costs.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, though in rare cases where there is a major problem (as outlined in Australian Consumer Law) a refund will be gladly offered.
